Natural Choice Dog Food Reviews
Nutro’s Natural Choice is probably one of the most “pushed” dog foods in the better pet food retail stores. They have a huge army of demo reps, so if you go to a retailer on a weekend, chances are pretty good you’ll get the opportunity to get some Natural Choice free samples. The folks that feed Natural Choice are amongst the most devoted, brand-loyal customers I’ve seen.
Many dogs do very well on Natural Choice, and they seem to like the flavor too.
While Natural Choice is a great food in many cases, I do have some reservations about it…
A couple years ago, Natural Choice was a great value, it no longer is, in my opinion. It is now priced right up there with what I consider to be the “best” brands available. While it is a very good food, I feel they use too many derivatives of rice, other than the whole grain, in many of their formulas. Many formulas have rice derivatives as three of the top five ingredients, which to me, is not good.
In short, I feel Natural Choice is a good alternative, but I feel you can do better for the money.
